Quick bug fix update!

Hi! I've looked at some feedback and tried to fix some bugs (to the best of my ability)!

- Fixed the dialog issue where not letting the dialog type bugs out the whole game\skips dialog (you now won't be able to progress until the dialog is finished typing out. As long as you don't spam the life out of the space bar it should be fine)

- Fixed the phone crashing the game (there's now a time in between clicking the phone and it temporarily keeps you from hitting space)

- Fixed a spelling mistake in one of the endings (thanks Saininsa :D)

- Fixed the first two-item patient flying past you at high speeds when pressing space bar at the beginning of the day (something to do with variables :P)
